A.E. Rosen was chosen as the electrical contractor for the $1.7 million expansion at the Core Tech Industrial Corp. facility in Ballston. Designated as an essential business, CoreTech manufactures equipment for power generation among other industries. With growth in the power plant market, they expect the project to be completed in early fall and create over a dozen new positions. The A.E. Rosen team is working with Plank Construction on the expansion, now underway, which will add over 14,000 sq ft to the existing 27,000 sq ft building on the site.
