Construction is underway for a $27 million-plus project to build a new 224-bed residence hall at the New Paltz campus for The State University of New York. AE Rosen was awarded the contract for the electrical work after a competitive public bidding process and will began work at the site by the beginning of the year. The project is expected to be completed in about 16 months.
