The next phase of the two-story, mixed-use retail/office space hub on Route 9 in Loudonville is underway. The the core and shell electrical work, as well as site lighting is nearing completion for this growing commercial hub. AE Rosen is also completing the electrical and lighting for the new Jimmy Johns sandwich shop and Burger 21 outlet that will open there.
