Saratoga-based Greenfield Manufacturing's new 30,000 sq ft facility includes offices, production and Division 1, Class 1 spaces for their contract chemical manufacturing business. AE Rosen handled the design build for the project and has been working with Munter Enterprises to complete the project by early November. Greenfield manufactures high-performance coatings for the marine and automotive industries as well as fuel additives, rubber and other value-added chemicals for its customers, including Dow, GE and Castrol.
