A.E. Rosen is pleased to be working with Plank Construction on downtown Schenectady’s newest luxury apartment complex, Electric City. The project will entail 144,000 square feet including ground floor retail space, 105 luxury apartments, and underground parking. Design build has been completed and the construction phase will be underway soon.
