The Electric City Apartment project is underway after a multi-year delay due to the instability of surrounding buildings. The former Olender furniture store structure was demolished, paving the way for the apartment and mixed-use development long planned by Prime Cos. The project, on State Street, is another asset under development that is leading the revitalization in Schenectady’s downtown. A.E. Rosen is proud to be a partner in this vital redevelopment project.
