A.E. Rosen handled the elctrical work for 550 Waterfront, the new elegant family restaurant that a consortium of investors is planning to open once the COVID-19 pandemic guidelines allow. John Boyle (Boyle Finishes & Boyle Group), Dan Collins (Sotheby's International Reality), and Mike Phinney (Phinney Design Group) hired a team including Trinity Building and Construction Group, A.E. Rosen Electrical, and the L.A. Group Landscape Architecture and Engineering to complete the 7,000 square-foot space that overlooks Saratoga Lake. The group is optimistic their volumous space and fresh air flow will allow them to serve customers a businesses begin to open up for the summer season.
