A.E. Rosen was named one of the Capital Region's Best Places to work by Albany Business Review in their annual competition. One of 45 winning firms in the medium-large business category that had 160 entrants, it's A.E. Rosen's first year being recognized. The award is based on reviews of pay and benefits, employee engagement, HR practices and work environment. President and CEO Adam Rosen noted, "We always work towards creating a stable and collegial environment; we treat each member as family and know that succeed best as a team." He added, "Given the large conversation happening about the need for young people to enter careers in the building trades, it's positive to have this recognition that highlights our industry alongside so many companies in other fields."
