Adam Rosen

President

Adam Rosen has been with the company full-time since 1999. In addition to project management and estimating roles, he helps coordinate and manage project staff so that each job is completed successfully, and will personally manage service calls for clients. He holds an Associates’ degree from Palm Beach Community College and a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University at Albany-SUNY. He is also a licensed Master Electrician through the City of Albany. He always goes the extra mile to make sure projects are completed in a way that exceeds expectations. In addition, he has a strong appreciation for design and excels at matching lighting and fixtures to create the ideal look and feel a client needs for their building project(s).

 

Clifford Wessot

Vice President

Clifford Wessot, Vice President, has been with AE Rosen for nearly twenty years. He consults with all project managers on a regular basis and is responsible for drafting and monitoring company policies. He holds various Master licenses, including those for business and technical services. He has served as lead on numerous design-build projects throughout the Capital District and enjoys traveling the world outside the upstate region in his free time.

 

Steve Hathaway

Project Manager and Estimator

Steve joined AE Rosen in 2011 and is responsible for estimating, purchasing and managing a full range of activities for the company’s commercial and industrial projects. He brings over 25 years of experience to his role and has worked on many institutional projects including those at Sage College, Sienna College, St. Peter’s Hospital and Albany Medical Center. He understands how to manage operations so that the client’s daily work flow isn’t disrupted. Steve has also worked as a network administrator, which aids in his ability to manage complex fire alarm, audio-visual, IT and access control systems for state-of-the-art science and media facilities. In his free time, he enjoys coaching youth baseball and soccer teams.

 

Daniel Hill

Project Manager

Daniel has been at AE Rosen since 1999 and is responsible for the design and management of the low-voltage systems installed by the company including fire alarm, security, CCTV, access and structured cabling systems. He also manages the AutoCAD drafting for the firm’s Design-Build projects. Daniel holds an AOS degree in Electrical Construction & Maintenance, certification for AutoCAD from Excelsior College, and certification in AMP Netconnect for copper & fiber optic terminations. Daniel frequently turns over large-scale low voltage systems ahead of schedule on complex projects and has effectively managed fiber optic links over a mile long. He excels at “thinking outside the box” and providing innovative solutions to new challenges, including incorporating groundbreaking design into projects whenever applicable.

 

Kathleen Petrucco

Office Manager

Kathy has worked at AE Rosen since 2005 and manages the human resource and payroll functions, as well as contract billing. Her knowledge of the business, organizational skills and affable personality keep things running smoothly in the office each day. She holds a degree from State University of New York, Plattsburgh in Business Management. In her free time, volunteers with the Greyhounds as Companions rescue organization.
